If so, then you will want to make sure that you receive our emails, and that they don’t get automatically filtered out into ‘spam’ or ‘promotions’ folders.
To make sure our emails aren’t mistaken for spam, be sure to add our email address to your ‘email whitelist’. An email whitelist is a list of email addresses which your spam filter will know are to be trusted.
To add our email address to your whitelist simply follow the steps below.
Gmail:
- In your inbox, locate an email from Clark St. James (you will probably find it in the ‘promotions’ tab).
- Drag the email to the ‘primary’ tab in your inbox.
Yahoo:
In Yahoo Mail click in the email itself and then click the ‘Not Spam’ button to redirect the mail to your primary inbox.
Outlook:
To add mail to your whitelist in Outlook simply right click on the message and click ‘mark as not junk’.
